ARBOR BREWING COMPANY

Bollywood Blonde

We brew the Blonde with a unique blend of rich malts, sweet orange peel, spicy hops, and zesty corian- der.
The result is a medium-bodied ale bursting with flavor. It is a dry, slightly tart ale subtly spiced with orange peel and coriander for a zesty almost cidery taste with hints of sweet and tangy citrus. ABV 6% / IBU 7 / OG 1.058

Buzz Saw American IPA

A big, bold hop-forward west coast style IPA. The malt character is subdued to showcase a blend of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial Hops creating a lingering dry finish with notes of pine, grapefruit, and apricot. ABV 7.5% / IBU 51 / OG 1.071

Phat Abbot Belgian Dubbel

A dark, rich Belgian abbey style ale made with Trappist yeast and dark Belgian candy sugar for a more traditional, malty trappist character. ABV 10% / IBU 29 / OG 1.08

Strawberry Blonde

Rich and flavorful medium bodied beer with a fresh, floral strawberry aroma. Citrus, spice, and fruit are blended seamlessly for a subtle yet distinct flavor that never turns too sweet. ABV 7.7% / IBU 7 / OG 1.07

 

BELLS BEERS

Oberon

Bell’s Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell’s signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer. ABV: 5.8%

Two Hearted Ale

Bell’s Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale.ABV 7.0% / OG 1.064

NEW HOLLAND BREWING

Ichabod Pumpkin Ale

Ichabod combines malted barley and real pumpkin with cinnamon and nutmeg in a delicious and inviting brew. After dinner, try it with your favorite dessert. ABV: 5.7%. Degrees Plato: 12.5. IBUs: 16

Four Witches

Suggested Food Pairings: grilled or blackened fish, jambalaya and mushroom sautés.

Tasting notes: White and dark roasted wheat join caramel rye and barley in a flavorful backdrop for yeast character accentuated by mild spicing. ABV: 7.3%. Degrees Plato: 15. IBUs: In Progress

Oak Hatter:

Mad Hatter aged in Kentucky barrels. Round, smooth wood character
brings a new dimension to dry hopped, aromatic hoppiness. ABV: 7.22%. Degrees Plato: 12.5. IBUs: 62

Farmhouse Hatter:

Fermentation character from Belgian-born yeast envelops bright hop character w/ a spicy farmhouse funk. ABV: 5.8%. Degrees Plato: 13.5 / IBUs: 54

ROCHESTER MILLS

Cornerstone IPA

An American-style IPA that features a nice malty backbone to compliment the hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. ABV: 6.5%

Michigan Maple Brown Ale

This full-bodied fall beer style features a nutty, toasted malt character, which is complimented nicely by the addition of pure Michigan Maple Syrup. The sweetness from the syrup has been. ABV: 7.0%

Milkshake Stout

A dark beer full of rich flavors of caramel, coffee, and roasted grains. The addition of lactose (milk sugar) gives the beer an extremely smooth flavor and creamy mouthfeel. ABV: 5.0%

Rochester Red

A deep-red colored, malty brew that has a low hop bitterness for a smooth, easy-to-drink beer. ABV: 5.9%

PAW PAW BREWING CO.

Coconut Porter

Toasted coconut adds a hint of flavor to this porter without overwhelming the chocolate characteristics. ABV: 6.1%

Jake’s Vanilla Bean Porter

In Memory of the best dog ever Jake’s
Vanilla Bean Porter sets out to celebrate a best friend. Deep chocolate malts surrender themselves to the rich flavor and dark color of this special porter. Hand shaven Vanilla Bean added to the boil and post fermentation gives a vanilla aroma and flavor that is balanced out with chocolate and crystal malt. ABV 6.2% / IBU 28.5 / OG 1.064

KUA Extra Pale

American style pale with great aroma & citrus notes. ABV 6.2% / IBU 52.7 / OG 1.061

St. James English Mild:

Smooth & delicate, biscuity & bready characteristics. ABV 6.2% / IBU 13.5
/ OG 1.051

ROUND BARN BEERS

Kolsch

Subtle malty sweetness with notes of biscuits & honey finishes fairly dry but not bitter.

Vacation

Fruity, slightly tart, refreshing with a light, dry finish.  Notes of orange, pineapple, and coriander waft.

Grape Expectations

Niagra grape flower with pink peppercorns provide a fruity spiciness to this balanced ale.

Local Yokel (sic)

Smooth & refreshing with soft malt flavors complimented by a strong & distinctive belgian yeast profile.

SCHMOHZ BREWING


Bone Crusher Stout

American Stout w/ strong character and simple coffee roast. OG 1071 / 46 IBU / 6.4% ABV

India Pale Ale

Originally developed in the late 1700′s, British breweries English IPA brewed w/ East Kent Golding to provide a dry earthy bitterness. OG 1066 / 58 IBU / 6.2% ABV

Oktoberfest

Dark ale brewed for harvest festivals from dark wheat and pilsner malts. Lightly hopped and left sweet but never too sweet. OG 1058 / 0 IBU / 5.4% ABV

Treasure Chest ESB

Extra Special Bitter is one of the most treasured styles of the English Ale heritage. Treasure Chest’s gently hop bite will meld well with spicy and aromatic foods and cheeses. OG 1056 / 35 IBU / 5.3% ABV

SHORTS BREWING

Autumn Ale

A true-to-style London Extra Special Bitter (ESB). It has a medium body, amber color and full flavor. The result is an ideal bridge between malty and hoppy beer styles. It is a silver medal winner from the 2006. 6% ABV / 45 IBU

Huma Lupa Licious

This gem is honored with the name of the hop plant, Humulus lupulus, and is Short’s best selling India Pale Ale. The hearty malt bill melds with the hops to create a perfect balance. 6.9% ABV / 96 IBU

Peaches N’ Cream

Described as a high gravity, golden ale, fermented with lactose and fresh peaches, Joe Short used this eloquent bi-line to describe the beer’s flavor profile: “Cream softness fused with the delicacy of Prunus persica. 9.5% ABV

Soft Parade

Loaded with pureed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, we refer to this fermented potion as a fruit infused rye ale. 7.5% ABV / 15 IBU

 

TAPISTRY BREWING

Enigma

Double IPA with simcoe hops and brown sugar.

Mr. Orange

Belgian witbier with blood oranges, chamomile and rose hips.

Burn The Witch

Weizenbock with notes of bananas and dates.

Kilting Me Softly

Scotch Ale Brewed with Oak Smoked Wheat.

THE LIVERY

Dixie O’Flynn:

Robust dry Irish stout. Notes of Chocolate and coffee. (ABV: 5.5%)

Half Truth:

India Black Ale w/ sizeable hop character, low roast aspect and big hop finish. ABV: 6%

Maillot Jaune

Classic Biere de Garde aka Farm House ale. Clean, delicious, crisp,
summer/fall ale. ABV: 7%

Nummerz!

Extra pale ale. Big hop character, juicy, tropical hop notes. Very low IBU.
ABV: 4.7%
